Repeat these sentences after your teacher.
1. confirmed (v.) 確認

3. suggestions (n.) 建議

Dialogue
Read the dialogue aloud with your teacher.
Mr. Maxwell confirmed that he and three others are flying in from London on the 24th for a visit and a quick tour of the plant. They’ll stay for three days.
Maxwell確認說他和其他三人24號會從倫敦飛過來進行訪問並參觀下工廠。他們會待三天。
We have a couple of weeks to prepare. Is it their first time in Hong Kong?

No. They’ve been here before. Any suggestions on what we should do?

I say we put them in a hotel close to the office.

There’s a great hotel 10 minutes away. It has most of the amenities our
clients need. I recommend we book rooms there.
離這裡十分鐘左右有一家很不錯的酒店。那裡設施齊全，我覺得訂在那裡會不錯。
Sounds good. Who will show them around? My team and I are starting a
few projects next week. All of us will be busy.
好主意。那誰來帶他們參觀呢？我的團隊下周要開始幾個項目。大家都會比較忙。
I’ll be in charge of days 1 and 2, but I have some meetings on the 27th,
so it will have to be somebody else then.
我可以負責第一天和第二天，不過我27號要開會，所以那天得叫其他人。

Great. I can book the hotel and make reservations at some restaurants we can take them to as well. I’ll also arrange for the driver to pick them up
at the airport.
